Coffee Blossom Honey-Java
A light amber honey loved among fans of western style honey (orange blossom or clover ). Fragrant and flavorful with citrus zest and starfruit. Serve with nutty cheese, such as Manchego or Asiago. Toss with sea salt and roasted nuts (walnuts, almonds, or cashews). Mix with Sherry vinegar, citrus zest, garlic and use to glaze meats (ham, duck, or short ribs). Mix in dipping sauces.
